Take a look at the 3 year old cupcakes that look pretty fresh in this video. You can probably guess that it’s wise to avoid foods like this in order to get a bikini belly.
Eating processed foods causes more issues in your body than you might think.
Here are a few guidelines on what NOT to eat to be healthy and get a bikini belly:
-eat more FRESH foods and less foods that need an ingredient list
-eat foods with five or less ingredients on the label
-eat foods with ingredients that you can pronounce
-eat less foods sold in a box or bag
-avoid foods sold in a gas station (a gas station fuels your car, not your body)
Processed foods include ingredients that your body doesn’t always recognize. When you ingest foods that are foreign to your body, it doesn’t know what to do with them and they cause inflammation.
Inflammation is the author of many ailments including pain, bloating, weight gain, sore joints and more.
So eat fresh foods (veggies, fruits, healthy grains, lean proteins, healthy fats) as much as possible.
Of course its fine to indulge in treats (including processed foods) from time to time, as long as they are not a staple in your nutrition.
