Women are the caregivers of the world! We take care of others often before ourselves and this sometimes gets in the way of self care. We need to remember that we can best serve our loved ones when we love ourselves too. Taking a bit of time to look after our own health is imperative.

One way to solve the problem is to get a workout partner, accountability partner or fitness coach. On the days you don’t feel like showing up for your workout, you’ll be more likely to do so when someone is depending on you!
