I have been reading Salt Sugar Fat by Michael Moss and OMG. Some of the popular “healthy” cereals contain over 70% sugar! Do yourself and your kids a favor – AVOID cereals. Instead, try unsweetened steel-cut oatmeal, and add your own fruit to spice it up.
