The Fighter Abs Challenge

Have you ever watched a fight on TV and notice how ripped those fighters look?

Do you ever wonder how those fighters get their abs?

Today I am going to share a new approach to get six pack abs. You won’t have to lie on the floor and perform boring sit-ups or crunches. I am going to show you how fighters get there shredded abs.

The way we are going to do it is by grouping fat burning exercises that get your heart rate up high with core exercises that will work your abs better than anything you have tried in the past. This gives us that 1-2 punch to melt off belly fat while sculpting those abs. Using unique exercises that fighters use to get ripped.

So I have a fighter style challenge workout for you! All the exercises are bodyweight and you won’t need one piece of equipment. It’s called The Fighter Abs Challenge. Here’s what you’re going to do:

  • 1-2 Punch Burpees – 10 reps, 9 reps… 1 rep andrew raposo FighterABS ProductBundle
  • Cross Body Mountain Climbers – 10 reps, 9 reps… 1 rep
  • Plank Side Touches – 10 reps, 9 reps… 1 rep

You are going to perform 10 reps of each exercise and then 9 reps, 8 reps, all the way down to 1 rep. Rest as needed during the workout. Record your time at the end of the workout.
