Start with a plank…
Progress to a tuck….
Progress to a pike…
Try the pendulum…
Here’s a cool circuit (excuse this Charlie Chaplin style video, not the best quality but it’ll show you the exercises…):
Do 30 seconds of work with a 10 second transition. Repeat up to three times:
-plank knee in or tuck
-kneeling roll out
-standing hip drop left
-standing hip drop right
