I’ve been known to workout anywhere. I don’t much care where I find myself, I’ll drop down and do push ups, or find a rafter and start doing pull ups.
That’s just me.
I know you’d like to do that too. Well, maybe not in an airport, but I know you’d like to have a plan that you can go to when you’re traveling or even if you’re stuck at home away from your regular routine.
Having a plan is half the battle.
Here’s a cool workout for you. You can try this bodyweight workout where ever you may find yourself.
You’ll do burpees, push ups, mountain climbers, squat jumps, bicycle crunches and wall sits. It’s a count down set. You can do 10 sets (reps 10, 9, 8, …. 1) or if you’re time strapped (or out of energy!), just do 5 sets with the rep scheme 10, 8, 6, 4, 2…
Either way, you’ll be a hot mess in no time at all, you’ll get a great bodyweight full body workout and you can get on with your day.
