Travel…a good excuse to miss a workout if you’re looking for excuses.
Me? I’m not big on excuses, and since you’re on my blog, I can only guess that you don’t look for them either.
Excuses are for someone else. Someone that doesn’t challenge themselves daily. Even though just getting your workout in is a challenge at times isn’t it?
Well, if you’re on the road, or even if you’re stuck at home unable to get to your regular workout, I have some solutions for you.
You can try this bodyweight workout where ever you may find yourself.
You’ll do burpees, push ups, mountain climbers, squat jumps, bicycle crunches and wall sits. It’s a count down set. If you want to count from 10-1, that’s the ‘hardcore’ method. If you’re strapped for time (or energy), you could do 10,8,6,4,2 reps of each exercise. Either way, you’ll be a hot mess when you’re done if you bring the energy to the workout.
