Let me qualify my statement ‘it’s okay to cheat’….
Cheating is okay only under certain circumstances…like if you’re at a bar for example.
I have no problem with you (or me) cheating at at bar. In fact, that’s probably one of the best places to cheat because you’re less likely to get hurt at a bar. And, if you want to hang out MORE at a bar, the more you cheat, the more likely you’re going to want to be at the bar…
You do realize I”m talking about the ‘pull up bar’ correct? 😉
Hey, you’re darned heavy and so am I (and I may be a little lighter than you at about 125 lbs). Still 125 lbs of dead weight is darn heavy to move. You can’t use traditional progressive resistance with the pull up, so a little ‘controlled cheating’ is in order.
Oh, like that word ‘controlled‘ should make the difference with cheating? Well, if it’s at a ‘pull up bar’ and not any other kind of bar, you’re correct.
