Turns out this is a KILLER core workout that you can do at home, in your office, in a hotel room, where ever you find yourself in need of a quick workout.
Who says bodyweight training is ineffective? I dare you to try this set and tell me you don’t feel your chest on fire and your abs aflame.
As is typical for me, I made this set up in my head and then forced myself to continue it even though I realized not far into the set that I’d be dying.
It’s basically set up like a tabbatta: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest.
Simply alternate push ups, bicycle crunches and mountain climbers. These three exercises are considered one set. Repeat this 10 times for a total of 30 sets.
If you’re looking for more ideas for bodyweight exercises, you can head over to Craig Ballantyne’s sale for 101 Bodyweight exercises.
Take a look at this:
Craig has a special on bodyweight training but it ends today. You can pick up all 11 programs for less than the cost of the thigh master or that silly ab rocker thing-a-ma-jig. You’ll get 6 months of training ideas.

Now, go on and do my little torture test and let me know how you make out!
