Client Pantry Raid

I love it when a client let’s me into their pantry with my video camera:

The big take away I get from any pantry raid is a reminder that when crappy food isn’t available, you’re less likely to eat it.

It takes more effort to get into our car, or walk to the store to buy it. During that time, you can pretty much talk yourself out of poor eating choices.

Studies show that those that document their nutrition by recording it in a journal have more successful weight loss and maintenance.

Just a thought…Keep a food journal; if you want to put it in your mouth, you need to record it first. This eliminates mindless eating.

Clearly the majority of us know what we SHOULD  be eating, it’s a matter of consistent application of what we already know…
