Elbow Pain

My elbows and I aren’t on speaking terms.

We used to be good buddies, but ever since I decided it would be a good idea to do the human flag, my elbows have revolted. Here I am learning to do the human flag. I was hoping that I’d be able to hold this for 30 seconds by now. I”m up to about 5 seconds but as you can see, my form leaves A LOT to be desired:

It was tough to train and even do simple things like open a door there for a while. I’ve managed to make a little bit of a recovery but have a ways to go.

I figured that you probably experience some elbow pain from time to time.  Recently when I was at a meeting with the best fitness pro’s in the biz, I thought I’d pick the brain of Rick Kaselj. He’s THE authority on exercising with injuries.

We were together for a meeting of the minds of the best fitness pro’s in the biz and I cornered him to help me with my elbows. I figured I’d share this with you:
