Timed Full Body Blaster

Do you have 20 minutes? Then you have time for this quick and dirty full body workout.

You’ll need a mat, dumb bells and water on hand cuz you’re gonna work up a sweat.

You’ll see my apprentice, Allie, putting a few campers through their paces at an outdoor boot camp. I’m on the other end of the camera for a change, so I apologize for the dodgy camera work.

If this isn’t enough for you….just repeat for a 40 minute workout.

Here’s a run down of what we did:

(Do a 3-5 minute warm up on your own).

Set one 30 sec work/5 sec to switch:
• DB lateral raises
• Woodchops left
• Woodchop right
• One arm DB row left
• One arm DB row right
• Plie Squat
20/10 Tabatta – Sprinter start skip hop (20 sec work/10 sec rest 6 times)

Set Two 30 sec work/5 sec to switch:
• Incline wall push ups (or floor)
• Reverse Hip Thrust (left leg lifted up)
• Reverse Hip Thrust (right lifted up)
• Skull Crushers
• Sprinter Start Skip Hop right
• Sprinter start skip hop left

20/10 Tabatta – Butt Kicks/Skip hops (20 sec work/10 sec rest 6 times)

Abs Tabatta – shoe touch/windshield wiper

(Do a 3-5 minute cool down on your own).
