How Many Rounds?

Need a great full body workout that you can do in 15 minutes?

Here’s a great workout that includes box jump burpees, pull ups, push ups and squats. You’ll try to get 10 reps of each exercise and keep the rounds going for the pre-determined time you set up (10, 12, 15, 20 minutes). The great thing about this workout is that it’s super fast paced so you’ll be building lean muscle tone and losing body fat all at the same time.

Strength is fine and dandy, but you want to lose the flub to see your hard earned muscle tone and this is one of those workouts that will do that trick.

Take a look and then give it a go:

Here’s the plan:

  • 10 box jump burpees (or box jumps, or just burpees)
  • 10 pull ups (or 10 DB rows)
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 squats with your body weight on the bar (or unweighted)

Get as many rounds as you can in the allotted time you give yourself for your workout. You can get a killer workout done in 15 minutes!
