Need a great full body workout that you can do in 15 minutes?

Here’s a great workout that includes jumping rope (or do a phantom skip with no rope), bench step ups, DB bent over row, push ups and squats. You’ll try to get 10 reps of each exercise and keep the rounds going for the pre-determined time you set up (10, 12, 15, 20 minutes). The great thing about this workout is that it’s super fast paced so you’ll be building lean muscle tone and losing body fat all at the same time.

Strength is fine and dandy, but you want to lose the flub to see your hard earned muscle tone and this is one of those workouts that will do that trick.
