Pressed for time? Need a great workout that’s done in 20 minutes?

Here’s an amazing workout for you to do using only a dumb bell, bench and mat. Do in ‘as many rounds as possible’ style. Try to do the four exercises as many times as you can in a 10-20 minute period with minimum rest.

Here are the exercises:

-DB wide row 10/side

-10 push ups

-10 box jump/burpee OR box jump step down/burpee OR box jump step down/walk out burpee OR bench step ups

-30 second plank
