Challenge Workout: Pull Ups!

I love a challenge. I did an event about eight years ago that called for maximum pull ups, along with seven other challenges that had to be completed in a day. At the time, I did 28 pull ups…that was almost ten years ago.

Anyone who says that performance declines with age isn’t entirely correct. It doesn’t have to decline. With consistent training and attention to lifestyle, you can maintain or continue to improve your fitness level.
