Stir Crazy Living Room Workout

It was -25C here today and a lot of ladies just didn’t get to my boot camp. I know that weather can mess up your schedule, not to mention sick kids, broken down cars, traffic, on and on.

So, I thought I’d give you a quick workout that you can do in your living room:

In the video I suggest these five exercises:

Push up

Plank (add hip touch optional)

Mountain climber


Lateral lunges

My suggestion is to do 10-15 reps for each exercise, rest 30 seconds and repeat 3-5 times.

If you have a timer, I like to do 30 seconds of work with a 5 second transition.  I’d try this set 3-5 times. Beginners may need to do less time (eg. 20 sec/exercise)
