One brave client’s pantry….

Remember you can never out train poor nutrition. An hour of training will not off set 23 hours of poor eating choices.

I think one of the best pieces of advice I can give you regarding nutrition is to ‘ eat with intention’. If we spent more time thinking about our food choices and eliminated the mindless or emotional eating, we’d all be better off.

Notice how I said the word ‘we’? I’m the same as you with nutrition; it’s always a work in process. Anyone that says that they’ve arrived and have perfect nutrition is lying.

It’s a little intimidating to have your trainer go through the dark depths of your pantry, so, I have to thank my brave client for letting me look in the first place AND letting me video it so I can share it you.
