Honestly, you don’t need much to train. You could even do this workout in the bathroom if you needed to.
I was recently in Las Vegas and wanted to get in a quick workout before my conference. When I go to conferences there, we’re sequestered in a conference room from nine to six. We have breakfast and lunch in there and pretty much lock the doors while we ‘mastermind’. It’s really cool to pick the brains of the most motivated and talented fitness pros from across the country.
Trouble is, as with any conference or holiday, by the time this is done, there isn’t much time to get to the gym. So, a hotel workout is the perfect solution.

Basically, the workout consists of 4 exercises and 400 reps. You need to get 100 reps each of squats (or squat jumps), push ups, burpees and knee ins.
You can do the reps in any combination that works for you.
For example, you could do:
4 sets of 25 reps of each
10 sets of 10
5 sets of 20
Heck, do 20 sets of 5 reps of each exercise and you’ll have a completely different workout.
See how easy it is to manipulate sets and reps to get a completely different workout? Vary the rests and rep tempo and you have two more ways to change up this quick workout.
