Leg and Back Toning TRX Workout

I did this workout on my vacation and then decided it would be a great one to share with you.

I wanted to include options for those of you that don’t have a TRX. So if all you have is dumb bells, you’re in luck. You’ll see the DB options listed as you go through this short video.

This is a great workout for you to do at home, traveling, camping, where ever you are!
