Thank you!

I feel privileged to work with the wonderful people that I do. I have the best clients that tend to bring me all their friends. I don’t want to get all mushy here, but I really just need to say THANK YOU to all the peeps that come to my boot camp or let me into your life in the name of fitness and fat loss.

This business is more than a business to me. It’s my passion and when I say that, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. I love feeling good in my own skin and if I can help others get that same feeling of confidence and empowerment, that I can possibly have changed a life forever, well, how can I call that just a ‘job’?

I had opportunity to sit with two of my long time clients and have a lovely dinner and talk about life outside of fitness. Most of the time, we run on such a short budget of time. We are all busy women that are tending to the needs of others for much of our life.

I strongly encourage you to sit back and think about all the important people in your life and be appreciative for all that they do to enrich your life. For me, my clients have touched me in ways that I can’t describe. I want to thank you for the opportunity to work with you and for trusting me. I promise that I’ll always do my best to provide you with the most appropriate ways to meet your needs without a hidden agenda for me. I really think that there are too many hidden agendas and I want to be as transparent as possible.

I  want to make it clear that part of my quest is to reach as many women as possible with my message. Please know that this stems from a passion to help women to feel and look their best. On occasion, I’ll ask you to help me spread my message. After all, this is the best way to reach ladies, through trusted sources. Please don’t feel like I’m taking advantage. I feel selfish holding all this cool information into myself, so this forum of disseminating info on the blog is useful. Please send others here to take advantage.

I also want to stress how important it is to look for a balance in your life. This is a lesson that I’m learning along with you. I have my fitness time carved out in stone, I always have time for it, but I sometimes short change myself when it comes to social events since I’m busy with training, business, family, on and on. In fact, I’m taking a page out of some of my clients book on lightening up and having fun. This is a new goal for me as I look to create a better balance in my life too.

Look at your life and ask where you need to find the balance, is it getting in more fitness? more fun? more quiet time? What ever you need, prioritze, mark a bit of time on your day timer and work to get that into your schedule. I know I’m happier and healthier when I feel like I’m more balanced.
