High Intensity Interval Training Success!

Since we’ve been on the topic of HIIT, I wanted to share with you an update on a success story from one of my clients. Franca, my beautiful boot camper that was featured in this blog, has started to incorporate HIIT to her workouts when she isn’t at boot camp.

Since she started her fitness and fat loss journey, she has lost OVER 150 LBS! In these past few months, she’s noticed that  HIIT has helped her lose inches as well as those last few pounds. She has lost an additional 8 inches, 2.5 of those inches came off her abdomen, an area very hard to tighten up for many. HIIT is hard, intense work, but it’s short in duration. When you see these type of results, it’s well worth the effort.

So, my point that I want to drive home, is that HIIT works! Even (or especially) if you’ve been training for a long time or you’re trying to lose those last few pounds.
