I know that just getting to your workout may seem impossible at times, but you’re doing it. Good for you..now let’s talk about what you’re doing when you get there.
One client, new to exercise and boot camp particularly, inspired me with her attitude. She told me that she does all the reps she can on any exercise and then ‘one more’. For her she was pushing into what otherwise may be the impossible. Whether you are new to exercise or an exercise veteran, this is how you continue to get amazing results. You need to push your limits and stretch into what may seem impossible. You’ll surprise yourself with what you can accomplish if you keep this thought in the back of your mind.
