Training on the Road 2….

I had plans to go to a commercial gym today. It’s a bit of a treat since I rarely do it. I looked outside though and wanted to take advantage of the great outdoors and sunshine. I’m excited for spring and warmer weather, so I took my workout outdoors. I don’t know what I was thinking when I packed for this little get away. Why didn’t I bring a TRX or any other fun kit? No matter, I managed to get a good workout in with just body weight exercises. (Not sure what my new neighbors thought of me, but they’ll have to get used to me literally hanging all over the complex.)

As always, I sat for a few minutes and made a plan. Then, I used my audio recordings to keep me moving with little rest. Controlling your rest is as important as your set time to increase intensity in your workout.
