Many ladies ask me about a female fat loss diet. The best advice I can give for this is to maintain a nutrition plan high in lean proteins, fruits and veggies, and complex carbs. You’ll want to choose low glycemic carbohydrates to help maintain stable blood sugar. Eating six times a day is also a necessity. If you keep your body’s metabolism revved up with a steady supply of nutritionally supportive foods, your body is more likely to release that extra junk in your trunk. It also helps to control your appetite if you eat small amounts more often than to stock up with infrequent meals.
Along with a female fat loss diet, many ask me what some of the best exercises are to do in order to tone up. In the video linked to this post, I have some of my favourite bicep exercises. Now, don’t be fooled into thinking that you can do bicep curls and all of a sudden you’ll have the body or arms of your dreams. You need to include some high intensity interval training with your muscle building efforts to tighten, tone and firm those arms.
