Wow, Terra really tore it up on her holiday with these great workouts. Try this one:

 

Warm up and then do: 15 reps, 10 reps, 8 reps:

 

  1. PUSH UPS

  2. MOUNTAIN CLIMBER

  3. D/B ROW

  4. SKIP ROPE (50)

  5. D/B LATERAL RAISE

  6. JUMPING JACKS (25)

  7. SQUATS

  8. BICEP CURLS

  9. SQUAT JUMPS

  10. TRICEP OVERHEAD PRESS

  11. SPEED SKATER LUNGE JUMPS

  12. KNEE INS

  13. SKIP ROPE (50)

  14. SHOE TOUCHES

  15. MILITARY PRESS/SQUAT
