Terra’s Torture #1

Terra (9:30 am camp) went on a cruise and found herself leading a whole group of people as she did her ‘self made’ boot camp workout. She shares this first workout with you to do at home:

Start at 10 reps for entire list then drop the first exercise and go down to 9 reps, continue down.

Start with warm up

  • PUSH UPS

  • LUNGES (PASS WEIGHT UNDER KNEE)

  • JUMP SQUATS

  • KNEE INS

  • D/B ROW

  • LATERAL LUNGES

  • GET UPS

  • LATERAL RAISES

Cool down and stretch
