Decreasing your rest is a great way of increasing the intensity of your workout. The beauty of using an audio track in your training is that you don’t have to watch the clock. I mentioned that there are audio tracks in my new ebook. If you’ve never used audio tracks before, you may wonder how to use them.
In the video, I show one way an audio track can be used to increase your fitness level while losing fat at an alarming rate. Here I show a ’20/10′ squat jump tabata. This is only one way the track could be used. You can use a variety of exercises and two other audio tracks from my program to help you meet your fitness goals.
