I get many questions regarding vegetarian eating and I’ve found some answers for you. I’m not a big sales person, so when I see something that I think is worthwhile, I want to let you know about it. A very well respected trainer, Craig Ballantyne of Turbulence Training, and a nutritionist, Kardena Pauza have put together some info for you regarding vegetarian eating.
