It’s called ‘the get up’, here’s what you need to remember:
tight glutes to keep a plank position
position the feet based on your strength – widen your stance to modify or drop to your knees to further modify
start in a high plank and drop to your elbows
replace your hand DIRECTLY under the shoulder
don’t let the hips rock
avoid pressing up with your dominate hand each time (alternate hands)
