Don’t let the number on the bathroom scale derail you.

The scale isn’t the only, or even the best way to measure your progress.

If you’ve been on your game with your nutrition, workouts, sleep and stress management, then know that NO MATTER what the scale says, know that you’re making gains.

Sometimes it takes a bit of time for the scale to reflect your progress.

So, here’s what you’re going to do should you decide to step on the scale….

Write down 3-5 benefits you’re feeling from your healthy lifestyle. Maybe it’s increased confidence, maybe you feel more energized, maybe you can get up and down the stairs more easily.

Look at all the benefits that you’re feeling and make note of these things so that if the number on the scale doesn’t match your expectations, it doesn’t throw you for a loop.

Focus on the positive and stay the course.
